During Covid-19 situation we should eat more and more Vitamin C.Vitamin supplements are effective for fighting Covid-19.A few months ago we actually don’t know properly the actual quality food.But corona gives us more lessons.Now we should aware for healthy food.Which is really need for us properly.The researchers are urging people to take a daily multivitamin as well as doses of 200 milligrams or more of vitamin C and 2,000 international units of vitamin D, rather than the 400 to 800 recommended, depending on age.

For example, a single medium orange provides 77% of the DV, and 1 cup (160 grams) of cooked broccoli provides 112% of the DV. Vitamin C affects your immune health in several ways. Its antioxidant activity can decrease inflammation, which may help improve your immune function.
